How does the revenue share deposit work?
The moment a fan pays, Stripe splits the net revenue automatically. Your 50% deposits to your connected Stripe account within minutes — not at month-end, not on a schedule, instantly. You'll receive an email notification for every subscriber. Your dashboard shows a complete transfer history.
What's the AI bot actually good for?
It answers fan questions from the documents you upload — roster, schedule, team history, FAQ. A fan asks "who plays at center?" or "when's the next home meet?" and the bot answers from your files. It gives three free answers to any visitor. Subscribers get unlimited access, which is a real reason to subscribe beyond just the stream.

Is SportsPal affiliated with the school's athletic department?
SportsPal is an independent platform. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by NCAA member schools or their athletic departments. Your community organization operates your channel independently. If you have an existing relationship with your athletic department, you're welcome to inform them — and we're happy to talk with them directly.
What happens after we're approved?
